On Wednesday 30th March we held a Special General Meeting of the ANU Community.

This event included speakers from across the student body as well as alumni, and was be an opportunity for students and survivors to explain how we constructed our demands in the wake of the horrific results of the 2021 National Student Safety Survey.
This was an open meeting, meaning any undergraduate, postgraduate, staff member, alumni, or any other member of the ANU community could attend.
The SGM was attended by at least 400 community members, with all motions passing unanimously.
Following the SGM we laid hundreds of carnations out at the ANU Chancellery, demanding actionable responsive change by the time the flowers wilted and died.
